Our Vacuum Filling Machine is a machine with a double chamber filling system for level filling of non-carbonated and other products into glass or PET bottles. The Filler is operated with principle of “Filling Under Negative Pressure’’ with adjustable vacuum in the filled bottle and which the vacuum is obtained vacuum pump for ensuring smooth and continuous operation. This leads to higher machine productivity and high accuracy of filled level.
The benefit of vacuum fillers is they provide a constant fill level as when the level in the bottle being filled rises to the vacuum tube the product starts to suck out of the bottle. The machine is compact in consists of filling and capping station in one frame producing a high rate output.
